For many of us, asking for help wasn’t modeled. You learned to figure it out on your own, to be strong, capable, and self-reliant, or were disappointed when others didn’t show up; it makes sense that asking for help feels hard. And still… you don’t have to carry everything alone. Support can be steady, honest, and centered on you.
Individual Therapy
Many of the women I work with have done everything they were supposed to do. They are capable, responsible, and outwardly successful. Yet during life transitions: career changes, relationship shifts, identity changes, a partner loses their job, or moments when life no longer feels aligned, something begins to unravel.
You may feel exhausted from holding it all together, unsure of what you want next, or quietly questioning whether this is the life you’re meant to be living. Anxiety, self-doubt, or sadness may be present, even if there is no single “reason” for it.
You don’t have to keep pretending everything is fine. Life transitions are inevitable and can bring anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and uncertainty. You don’t have to go through this alone. I help women move through difficult periods by building insight, clarity, and meaningful tools that feel grounded in who they truly are.

1ST SESSION
Are we a fit? Let's find out. We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to get a feel for what you’re navigating and see if my approach aligns with what you’re looking for. No pressure—just a conversation.
After scheduling, you’ll receive a welcome letter that serves as your orientation. It includes important details like how to contact me in an emergency, my cancellation policy, costs, and other helpful information.
You’ll log into your SimplePractice portal to complete your intake forms at your own pace.
Gentle reminder: please upload a copy of your ID and health insurance (if applicable).
Log into your SimplePractice portal at your session time. What to expect on your first session? Think of it as a getting-to-know-you meeting. I’ll ask questions to better understand your needs, your goals, and what support might be most helpful for you moving forward.

Individual Therapy
60-minute sessions provide space for deeper exploration, reflection, and sustained therapeutic work.
Rate: $190 per hour
Insurance Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, United Health Care, Optum, UMR, GEHA, HSA, and FSA funds, as well as out-of-network providers, are welcome.

Intensive Transition Support
This package is designed for women in the midst of a significant transition who need consistent, steady support. When change feels intense or overwhelming, frequent sessions can reduce anxiety, support emotional regulation, and prevent issues from building up between appointments.
This level of care allows us to work in real time as challenges arise, rather than spending sessions catching up. It is well-suited for periods of acute change when you want reliable support while finding your footing.
Includes two (2) 60-minute sessions per week for one month (4 weeks).
$1600 per month

Work Through Transition Package
This package is best for women who are actively working through a transition and want a consistent weekly space to reflect, build insight, and make meaningful changes. It offers structure without intensity and allows room for integration between sessions.
Includes one 60-minute session per week (4 per month).
$800 per month

Supportive Transition Package
This package is designed for women who want ongoing support without weekly therapy. It works well for those who are integrating changes, maintaining progress, or navigating transitions that feel manageable but still emotionally significant.
The alternating structure provides continuity and grounding while respecting your capacity and pace.
Includes one 60-minute session every other week (2 sessions per month.
$400 per month
